Source hierarchy
Primary standards and official provider documentation come first. Secondary sources are used only when they add context rather than replace the controlling specification.
No source laundering
A page does not cite an official source merely to make unrelated advice look authoritative. The cited source must support the specific standard, rule or limitation described.
