How the calculation works
Raw dots = X-dimension ÷ 25.4 × device DPI. Because device dots are discrete, the tool shows floor/nearest/ceiling dot options and resulting physical dimensions.
What this calculator cannot know
This does not verify barcode data, quiet zones, contrast, grading or scan performance. A compliant barcode verifier is required for formal verification.
