Common finished sheet dimensions
The A-series is defined in millimetres. Pixel dimensions only become meaningful after choosing a raster resolution such as 150, 300 or 600 PPI.
| Size | Dimensions (mm) |
|---|---|
| A0 | 841 × 1189 |
| A1 | 594 × 841 |
| A2 | 420 × 594 |
| A3 | 297 × 420 |
| A4 | 210 × 297 |
| A5 | 148 × 210 |
| A6 | 105 × 148 |
Choose the right paper calculation
Use a paper-specific pixel calculator and choose the output PPI.
Use the size, area, diagonal and scaling tools rather than converting through pixels unnecessarily.
Add bleed to the finished trim size before creating or checking the artwork canvas.
