Build the dieline while you define the structure

Choose a planning structure, enter the real millimeter dimensions, then inspect the cut/crease/glue/bleed/safe layers before exporting the 1:1 SVG. This planning output is not die-manufacturing CAD or CFF2.

What the result is useful for

Useful for structural planning, mockups and artwork setup before a converter supplies the production CAD dieline.

How the calculation works

The generator constructs a dimensioned vector net from the entered inside dimensions and allowances, then exports SVG locally.

What this calculator cannot know

This is not a die-manufacturing CAD system. Board grain, bend allowance, tooling, lock geometry, material behavior and converter tolerances must be finalized by a packaging engineer/converter.
